About: the story
Overview
Abo Elghar Development is a real-estate developer active in Egypt's North Coast and Cairo markets, and this is the marketing site that showcases their residential and commercial projects to prospective buyers and investors — fully bilingual, with proper right-to-left support for Arabic, and built for the speed and polish a premium property brand needs.
There's no backend or database behind it on purpose: project listings live in a static JSON file, served through Nuxt 4's own server API routes, which also generate the sitemap dynamically. That keeps the site fast, simple, and cheap to host — the right trade-off for a marketing and lead-generation site rather than a transactional platform.
The project showcase supports grid and list views with filtering and individual detail pages, backed by a strong SEO foundation (JSON-LD structured data, canonical URLs, language-alternate tags, an auto-generated XML sitemap), smooth-scroll and scroll-triggered animation via GSAP and Lenis, automatic WebP/AVIF image conversion, and PWA installability.
