Overview
Power Sport is a women-only gym chain, and this is its mobile companion — one Expo/React Native app that adapts entirely to whoever's logged in. A member gets fitness tracking and gym access, a trainer gets class and attendance tools, and staff get clock-in and task management, all from the same login screen and the same codebase.
The app talks to the same Django backend that powers the gym's CRM and website, with GPS-verified clock-in for trainers and staff — each attendance record is checked against that branch's geofence before it's accepted — and a full-screen, offline-capable QR code members use for gym access.
Built bilingual and RTL-first (Arabic is the default, not a retrofit), with biometric login for fast re-entry and crash reporting wired in from early in development. Each of the app's roughly 44 screens is organized as a self-contained feature module, which kept things manageable as member, trainer, and staff functionality grew in parallel.
