Power Sport CRM

Behind Power Sport's member-facing app is a full internal CRM — the tool receptionists, trainers, branch managers, and the ownership team use to register members, sell subscriptions, run classes, take payments, and see how each branch is performing. It's a React 18 + Vite single-page app talking to the same branch-scoped Django API that powers the public website and mobile app.

Five distinct role-based dashboards (Super Admin, Branch Manager, Receptionist, Trainer, Investor) each surface only what that role needs — a receptionist sees today's check-ins and expiring memberships, a branch manager sees their branch's revenue and occupancy, an investor gets a read-only financial view scoped to exactly the branches and fields an admin configured for them. A guided subscription wizard, class-scheduling calendar, QR check-in scanner, and a refund flow that walks through a real approval chain cover the daily operational work.

Access control runs three levels deep — logged in, role allows this screen, and branch access is granted — collapsing the backend's eight roles into three practical permission tiers on the frontend. The business rules mirror how the gym actually runs: one active subscription per member, refunds prorated to unused days minus an admin fee, and QR check-ins rejected outright if a membership isn't active or the scan is a duplicate.
